By accessing or using the Wansuk website or requesting information about our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Wansuk provides cloud-based property management software for condominiums and residential communities, including mobile apps and a juristic web portal. Specific features depend on your subscription plan.

Access to the Wansuk platform is provided to authorized customers, residents, staff, and guards according to roles configured by the property management team. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use Wansuk in violation of applicable law or community rules.

Wansuk, its logos, software, and website content are owned by WANSUKTUKWAN CO., LTD. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership rights in our intellectual property.

Paid cloud subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing period agreed with your organization. Prices shown on the website exclude VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, WANSUKTUKWAN CO., LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your commercial agreement where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if these Terms are violated or where required for security or legal compliance. Customers may terminate subscriptions according to their agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
