Online payments (Advance and above): Stripe processing fees apply per transaction (3.65% + ฿10 for domestic cards; 1.65% for PromptPay; 4.75% + ฿10 for international cards — per Stripe Thailand pricing). Charged by the payment provider, not included in your Wansuk subscription.
Hosted on AWS Thailand (ap-southeast-7) — your data stays in-region.
Billed yearly from ฿2,792/mo (Basic) — saves 20% vs monthly.
Add-ons: each extra project is 50% of your plan price per month; extra units are ฿1,599/month per 10 units above your plan limit (20% off when billed yearly).
* Premium one-time setup (฿59,000): project configuration, unit/resident data import, staff training, and smart-access integration planning — charged once before go-live.
The resident, guard, and staff mobile app is free. Subscription covers the management platform and entitlements.
